Simons Books is a California company founded in 2005 and owned and operated by Martha Simons. The October 1, 2009 agreement grantes Simons Books a perpetual and exclusive license to sell, distribute, and exhibit for sale all physical and digital versions of the study guides. By the terms of this perpetual agreement, Simons Books also has the exclusive right to sell all versions of the guides on online sites, such as eBay and Amazon. The perpetual license complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is available upon request. You may not distribute, resell, or use in any form the content in the guide without the express written permission of Simons Books.
